At Sandy Toes you’ll be able to relax and enjoy ocean views from the light and bright living area equipped with comfy seating, fluffy pillows, and a huge 60” smart tv. You’ll also be able to see the ocean from the beautiful dining area that features an expandable dining table with plenty of seating for your family.
The compact kitchen is a modern, clean, and well-equipped space with open shelving, upgraded stainless appliances, and a convenient coffee bar pre-stocked with coffee essentials. You’ll find plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and bakeware so you can cook to your hearts content. Our bedrooms have new soft and comfy bedding to help you to drift off to sleep. The master bedroom has a great view of the ocean and direct access to the balcony. Each bedroom has plenty of pillows and blankets, bedside charging stations, and a large smart TV. .
Our bathrooms are sleek and modern with custom tiling, gorgeous black fixtures, and great lighting. We also provide soft, fluffy towels, Bleu Haven toiletries, makeup remover towelettes, and a blow dryer.

Please note: There are five stairs between the elevator and our unit, so it’s not considered to be accessible
About the Owner
John has been visiting Garden City since his parents retired to the area in the 1980's. When we got married in 2019, John insisted that we visit the area during our honeymoon. I suspect that he was hoping that I'd love the area as much as he did so I'd want to retire here someday. Well, he was right! On our one year anniversary we bought Sandy Toes as a place for our family and friends to visit and...someday...for our retirement. We chose the unit because of it's amazing view and the layout that allowed views of the ocean from almost every room. After the purchase, we immediately began renovation to make the home exactly what we would want to visit when we came to Garden City. Popcorn ceilings were removed, the kitchen and bathrooms were gutted, and we were down to some drywall and not much else. It took many months, but our contractor was able to turn our dreams into reality. Sandy Toes is now one of the nicest condos on the Grand Strand!
